1. "Will this program work for me?"-Yes! If you give it your best and follow the guidelines provided.2. "Can I eat treat food during this challenge?"-To a degree. You will be given calorie & protein targets to hit. And if you deviate too much, this will hinder your progress. But - amazing results can still be achieved with going out days too! You just need to know how to manage them and fit them into your cals. (We will help you get there).3. Can I drink alcohol during this challenge?-Yes - however, alcohol does slow down your bodies fat burning abilities and add unnecessary calories. If you need to drink during this challenge, due to social events or occasions, please let us know and we will coach you how to navigate them.4. "Do I need to have a gym membership for this challenge?"
-Yes, ideally this challenge can be formatted for the gym or at home, although, BEST results will be achieved at the gym!
4. "Can I contact you directly during the program?"-Yes, we will have a group chat set up for questions and you can also message / email Beth and I directly with any questions and queries.5. What kind of support do I get during my program?-You get an 8 week program, personalised nutrition plan, in app-usage which enables you track all workout and, habit and nutrition data, access to the community group and direct coaching support from coaches Lucy & Beth.
